 Doug Foster and Associates, Inc. provides consulting, training and software solutions in mortgage risk management and pricing, secondary marketing and mortgage servicing portfolio valuation/accounting.  Clients include credit unions, banks, regulatory agencies and other service providers to the mortgage industry. 

 Unlike some other industry service providers specializing in software, valuation services, or risk management advice, my firm offers a comprehensive set of services specifically tailored to the individual client. Understanding and meeting the needs of my clients is what sets my company apart from my competition. I do not enter into a business relationship unless I am sure, and the client is equally as certain, that the services we agree upon are perfectly suited to their needs. 

 Whether developing a pipeline management system and/or strategy, valuing and/or providing advice regarding a mortgage servicing portfolio, writing detailed secondary marketing or mortgage policy and procedure guides, or training in best execution, my highest priority is in making sure the client has a complete, detailed conceptual understanding of the issues.
